On 5 October 2019 Dr. Zach presented Written in Britain and Ireland, a program that “explores 19th- and 20th-century compositions by English, Irish, Scottish, and Welsh composers who were influenced by traditional songs, dances, people, and instruments of the British Isles and Ireland. Alachua Consort Concert in May

The Alachua Consort got together again this May to perform an ecletic program of pieces at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Gainesville, Florida. Annemieke Pronker-Coron (violin), John Netardus (oboe), and Miriam Zach (organ) performed pieces by Giovanni Paolo Cima, Carl Rosier, Georg Friedrich Händel, Johann Christoph Pepusch, Cécile Chaminade, Richard Rodney Bennett, Domenico Cimarosa, and Antoine Dornel.

The concert was supported by Michael Lynch and Samuel B. Trickey.

Service Work

I played for the First Lutheran Church both the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day service. The poster above shows me on the Kinzey-Angerstein organ on December 25 in the church in Gainesville, Florida.
